Marketing your home is doing everything possible to make it seen and remembered.

Do  you know if your agent is worth it?

Have you thought to ask the question; “What is marketing my home?”  I understand that you will want to be sure you are hiring more than just a post and pray.   That’s an agent that sticks a sign in your yard and hopes that a buyer comes along.  Knowing specifically, what is marketing your home is a start.  Then you can tell if they are doing it.

Who’s the boss?

Do you want to follow along blindly while your agent works their magic?  I believe that you want to have some control over what it is to market your home.  I believe that you want transparency in order to know what’s going on.  I believe you want to know what we are doing to earn our compensation for our services to you.  Realistically, YOUR real estate agent is working for YOU.  Because YOU hire an agent first to market YOUR home for YOU so that YOU can sell it.   Then their job becomes to negotiate for YOU to get a good contract.  Finally, their job becomes being a transaction navigator and solution advisor to guide YOU to the closing of escrow.  Remember; we are asking, “What is marketing YOUR home?”

My first goal is to market your property and to protect the equity that you have invested in it.  Also, I want to give you peace of mind throughout the entire process.  Hence, I not only have a system for the process which I follow.  In addition, I make the system available to you so that you know what I am doing.  In this way you are aware of our progress and can be ready for upcoming steps.  As a result, you can have the foundation to be able to ask questions and address your concerns.  This is done through your very own Private Web Portal.

There’s More to marketing your home!

The checklist outlines much of what will happen throughout the whole process but there’s much more to the marketing.  Additionally, I will be using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn including paid ads on some of those platforms. Always the goal will be to take your spot on those venues up to a greater level than your competition.  Your property listed on Stellar MLS will automatically syndicate it to all the major Real Estate Sites like Trulia, Redfin, Realtor.com and Zillow.  But so will your competition.  This means you will want your photos and marketing description to excel!   

Marketing your home should be the best!

 

I listed a great deal of what we will do in the last article.  What I wish to stress here is the effort that I will put forth to make your property the best showing no matter where it is seen.  I work very hard to make your property stay top of mind with those who see it.  This is a part of this business that I love!
