Why is it important to know your realtor? Knowing your agent will help you to know if you can walk through an important journey together. Why will knowing your agent help you to know this? Because if you can see their processes, you will know if you are willing to use them. Seeing you know my plans, you can know whether you want to follow them. Whereas you know my experiences, you can know if you can gain knowledge from me. As long as you can see and understand the tools that I will use, you can be confident that I can help you achieve your goals. Additionally, the more ways in which you come to know me, as your realtor, the more you will see how we can move forward together.
It’s important that you know where I came from. Why? Because it helps you to know how I came to be the realtor that I am. I started in Real Estate with SandPeak Realty in 2017, initially I was part time while working full time in the ministry. Consequently from 25 years in ministry, it was easy for me to transition into full time real estate. First, in ministry I learned to listen and be sensitive to the needs and dreams of people. Second, I learned the benefits of sowing into the lives of others in order to reap in my own life. Third, I grew to love being a part of a team and considering others as more important than myself.
As I began my retirement from ministry, I was still energized to keep running the way I had. This resulted in my coming to SandPeak Realty. It is a two office “Boutique Brokerage” (NOT big box). As a result of its size and a great broker, Mike Dumas, we have consistently been among the top producing brokerages in our MLS area. Stellar MLS is one of the largest MLS’s in the nation. We strive to stay at the forefront on marketing, market trends, training, contractual expertise, ethics, technical advances and teamwork. Thereby we have simply become great at what we do.
